This has to match exactly, lowercase, how they actually sign in. If a client's portal says "your dashboard is being set up" even after they're added, this mismatch is almost always why.
Only checked test accounts show testing tools, like skipping ahead a week. Real clients never see them, and this stays off by default.
Begin Phase 3
This moves them into Phase 3. The declaration itself, domain, the game, the future fulfilled, target, and completion date, is theirs to write, on their own dashboard, with you in the room for session one. The welcome email will let them know to expect that.
